gabantoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document governs the relationship between users and the gabantoto platform. By accessing or using our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below. Please read carefully before registering or making any transaction.
1 Acceptance of & Terms of Service
By registering, logging in, or using gabantoto services in any form, users expressly confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding and remains in effect for as long as the account is actively used.
gabantoto services are only available to users who meet the legal age requirement to participate in gambling or online entertainment activities under the regulations applicable in their region. Users who do not meet the age requirement are strictly prohibited from accessing or using this platform. By registering, users confirm that they meet these age requirements.

2 Account Creation, Security & User Obligations
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the gabantoto platform. Registering more than one account by the same person, whether using different identities or different devices, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any balance refund. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. gabantoto will never request a password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs through a user's account is the sole responsibility of the account holder. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
- Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to access the service.
- Do not spread false or misleading information to other users or to the gabantoto team.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your region regarding the use of online entertainment services.
- Do not transfer, sell, or hand over your account to another party without written consent from gabantoto.
3 Payments, IDR Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the gabantoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet they register belongs to them personally and is under the same identity as the one registered on the gabantoto account. The use of third-party accounts for deposit or withdrawal purposes is not permitted and may result in delayed or rejected transactions.
Every withdrawal request will go through a verification process before it is processed. gabantoto reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of its identity verification (KYC) procedure in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies. Users who are unable to meet verification requirements may experience delays or cancellation of their withdrawal.
Bonuses, promotions, and prizes are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each program, including minimum rollover requirements before bonus balances can be withdrawn. Users are advised to read the terms of each program before claiming. gabantoto reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through unauthorized means or in violation of these terms.
4 Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
gabantoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a user's account if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found, or if there is any indication of fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or behavior that is harmful to the platform or other users. Such action may be taken without prior notice in cases deemed urgent.
In the event of an account suspension for a resolvable reason — such as a pending identity verification or an ongoing security investigation — the user will be given an opportunity to respond and resolve the matter. Any remaining balance in an account permanently closed due to serious violations will not be refunded.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided there are no active restrictions on the account. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
An account may be temporarily suspended for verification purposes, security investigations, or ongoing dispute resolution.
Permanent closure applies when a serious violation is proven. Balances may not be refunded in cases of proven fraud.
Users may close their account at any time. Active balances can be withdrawn before closure in accordance with the standard procedure.
5 & Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
All content available on the gabantoto platform — including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and audiovisual materials — is the property of gabantoto or parties that have granted us a license. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using such content for commercial purposes without written permission.
gabantoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to balance losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions, technical disruptions caused by third-party service providers, or the user's internet connection failure during an active session.
This platform may include links to third-party websites for reference convenience. gabantoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6 Changes to & Applicable Legal Terms
gabantoto reserves the right to modify, update, or add new terms to this document at any time in response to operational needs, regulatory changes, or service developments. Any material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. The date of the last update will always be indicated at the top or bottom of this document.
Users who disagree with any changes to the terms have the right to stop using the service and request account closure. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated terms.
Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable legal principles. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the gabantoto platform will first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual agreement, the parties agree to settle the dispute through the mechanism designated by the platform.
